2. Website Development & Digital Services
A. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits secure project scheduling, planning time, and resource allocation.
B. Ongoing Projects
If a client cancels a project after work has begun:
- Payment is required for all completed work up to the cancellation date.
- No refund will be issued for completed milestones.
C. Completed Projects
Once final files, website access, or deliverables have been transferred:
- No refunds will be issued.
Custom digital work is considered non-returnable once delivered.
3. Software & SaaS Subscriptions
A. Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel at any time.
- Cancellation stops future billing.
- Current billing cycles are non-refundable.
B. Annual Subscriptions
- Annual plans are non-refundable once activated.
- Cancellation prevents automatic renewal.
C. Account Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service:

4. Physical Products (Including NFC Plates)
A. Return Window
Physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused
- The item is in original condition
- The item is in original packaging
B. Non-Returnable Items

- Activated NFC products
- Digital downloads
- Clearance items
C. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
D. Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged:

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing times depend on your financial institution and may take 5–10 business days.
