1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Salampedia provides:

  • Software and SaaS platforms
  • Digital marketing and technical services
  • Consulting and digital infrastructure services
  • Sale of physical products including NFC-enabled items

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Website Development & Digital Services

A. Scope of Work

Services are limited to the scope defined in written proposals, invoices, or service agreements.

B. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated in writing, revisions are limited and additional revisions may incur additional fees.

C. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide required content, approvals, and materials in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may affect delivery timelines.

D. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Clients receive ownership of final paid deliverables.
  • Salampedia retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials.
  • All unpaid work remains property of Salampedia.

4. Software & SaaS Platforms

A. License

Salampedia grants users a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use its software platforms.

You do not own the software.

B. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes
  • Upload malicious code
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Reverse engineer or copy proprietary systems

C. Account Termination

Salampedia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

D. No Guarantee of Uptime

While we strive for reliable performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

5. Payments

All payments are due as stated on invoices or checkout pages.

  • Deposits may be required before work begins.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
  • Subscription services automatically renew unless canceled.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Physical Product Sales

For products sold through our shop:

  • Orders are subject to availability.
  • Shipping timelines are estimates.
  • Risk of loss transfers upon delivery.
  • Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

NFC products may interact with third-party platforms. Salampedia is not responsible for third-party system functionality.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds for services and products are governed by our separate Refund & Returns Policy page.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Salampedia shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Lost profits
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss
  • Third-party service failures

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salampedia from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Content you provide or upload

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including payment processors, hosting providers, or marketing tools.

We are not responsible for third-party service failures, outages, or privacy practices.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Michigan.

12. Modifications

Salampedia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
